Design Process
- How can I get a quote for design services?
We need to know more about your requirements.You also need to ask yourself some questions such as :
- What is the mission statement or summary of your project?
- What are the basic goals of this project? (e.g. branding/identity reinforcement, improved access to information, direct sales, corporate communication, etc.)
- What outcome will make this project successful?
- How will you measure success?
- What are your schedule requirements?
- What is the budget for this project?
- Is there an acceptable budget range, depending on the level and comprehensiveness of services provided?

Describe any work that has been done toward designing/redesigning a new web site.
Will the web site reinforce an existing branding or marketing strategy? How?
- Discuss any identity/branding assets (logos, other artwork, and fonts) or issues.

- Are website content updates included with your hosting?
Not typically, however in most cases website content can be modified by the client via a Content Manager. The content manager system is available as an option on all of our web design projects. You can learn more about the at content management systems

Search Engine Registration
- How do you register a web site?
Registering a web site is a process that is undertaken very seriously by Diction. First of all it must be done with you. We must decide what category your company must be registered,keywords,meta tags and the content of your site. These are things that must be done to get the best results.

- Can I get my site registered in another language?
We must decide with you on the geographic market area where you would like to get registerd. Then your site must be translated into the language of that market area, then the registration process can begin.

- Will diction promote my site when the project is complete?
Diction will submit your site by hand to the top search engines and directories. However, more directories are going to a fee-based submission process. There is no guarantee that your site will be accepted or how long it will take for the submission to be accepted. Often, submission may take over eight weeks to be accepted.
We only submit to the the top directories or search engines since they receive over 90% of all traffic. We do not submit your site to directories that require fees for submission without your prior approval (note: search engine submission fees are not typically included in the design cost). We recommend that you submit your site to Yahoo! and take advantage of paid inclusion services with Inktomi and Looksmart. You may also want to try some pay-per-click (PPC) marketing with Overture (formerly goto.com).
Diction will sumbit your site to the following free-listing services: MSN, Open Directory Project, AltaVista, Excite, Lycos, Hot Bot, Web Crawler, Google, REX, Splat, BizCards Business Directory, and Northernlight.
